These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online adult autism assessment service ("the Service") provided by Autism and Me Ltd ("the Company"). By accessing and using the Service, as the recipient of our services ('You') agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Service.

Service Description

The Service offers online adult autism assessments conducted by qualified professionals. The assessments aim to provide accurate diagnostic evaluations and personalised support for individuals seeking a better understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United Kingdom. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

Assessment Process

The assessment process will involve a series of questionnaires, interviews, and/or other relevant evaluations. Autism and Me Ltd will collect and analyse the provided information to determine an accurate diagnosis. You will supply full and accurate information to us throughout the assessment process. The assessment outcome and any recommendations will be communicated to you in a clear and understandable manner.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Autism and Me Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. All data collected during the assessment process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Professional Disclaimer

While Autism and Me Ltd strives to provide accurate and reliable assessments, it is important to note that online assessments have limitations. The results should not be considered a substitute for an in-person assessment or diagnosis. Autism and Me Ltd shall not be held liable for any decisions or actions based solely on the online assessment results.

Pricing and Payment

The pricing for the Service will be clearly stated on our website or provided upon inquiry. Payment for the Service is due at the time of booking. You will receive an invoice upon booking and all payments are due 2 working days before the Diagnostic Interview. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your appointment is not confirmed and the company reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

If payment of our fees is made by a third party on your behalf (e.g., parent/guardian/employer), you are responsible for ensuring that the third party adheres to these standard terms and conditions including payment of cancellation fees.

Autism and Me Ltd reserves the right to modify pricing at its discretion. All payments will be processed securely and in accordance with applicable laws.

Cancellation, Lateness and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your assessment, you must notify Autism and Me Ltd via email at least 72 working hours in advance. We will endeavour to reschedule the appointment as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may be eligible for a refund, subject to Autism and Me Ltd's Refund policy:

Cancellation made prior to 72 hours of the scheduled appointment: No charge; full refund will be provided.
Cancellation made between 48 to 72 hours of the scheduled appointment: 75% refund will be provided.
Cancellation made between 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment: 50% refund will be provided.
Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: No refund will be provided.

Please note that any applicable refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but please kindly inform us of any cancellations in a timely manner to allow us to accommodate other clients.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

If you are going to be late to your appointment, please let us know as soon as you are aware so we can try to accommodate you, however you may be asked to reschedule to ensure there is ample time for your assessment. If you are more than 30 minutes late and have not informed us, you will be considered as ‘Did not attend’ and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Autism and Me Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service content without prior written consent from Autism and Me Ltd.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autism and Me Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Autism and Me Ltd's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.
